Our first visitors

Uncle Tony and Auntie Sarah were the first visitors to come and check out our new digs.  We weren't completely moved out of our boxes yet but they are so easy going we made-do with what was done.

It has been a few years since their last visit so the beaches were a must-do on their list.  John Smith's Bay is nearby so they walked there almost everyday and the whole family went to Tobacco Bay and Horseshoe for some group playtime.  Sam is getting much better with the feel of sand on his hands and feet (he certainly had no problem stomping down on Auntie Sar and Uncle Tone's sand castles!) but is still a bit iffy with the wavy ocean.  Let's just say that Jasp tolerated the sand - he preferred to keep his crocs on and whenever he lost his balance and toppled over, he was in quite a pickle because he didn't want to put his hands down on the sand to help himself back up.  Poor little guy.

Uncle Tony is like a big kid himself so he fit in quite a bit of toy time with the boys and once Sam introduced Uncle Tones to the Smurfs app on the iPad you could often find them both busy building up their Smurf villages.  Fun times had by all.
