Okay, let's get back on track!
So back in June, Daddy had his special day. He actually was a bit caught up with his work so he was going to take the whole weekend off. Unfortunately, Daddy caught a really nasty stomach bug and was sick for the whole weekend plus an extra couple of days after that. The boys loved having Daddy around and still wanted to snuggle up and help make him feel better. All that snuggling resulted in sharing of germs so the boys ended up feeling sick too. Interestingly, each boy dealt with the sickess that suited their personality: Jasper kept eating and let the food pass through him in what Sam termed "water poops" while Sam took the no eating method and just... didn't eat! (He explained that there was a bug in his stomach so he could not eat) When Jasper felt a bit better, he was trying to coax his big brother, who had not fully recuperated yet, into some play time. And Sam, being a very patient big brother, did his best for his little brother. Mommy was very lucky that she didn't get sick and had the energy to nurse all her boys back to health.
