May was a busy month for birthday parties. Jasp was lucky enough that only one was during his nap time so he was able to partake in the festivities and get some delicious "cupcake" (his term for all things cake related!)
We started with Evy's birthday in early May. She is a very lovable and huggable girl that gets along very well with the boys. The Dziwenkas and the W-Whites were also there so Sammy and Jasp were very fortunate to be surrounded by a group of cuties.
Jasper missed out on Naomi's birthday party, another one of Sam's classmates. Sam again enjoyed the bouncy castle but the highlight would have been the dragon tattoo that he got. Sammy's first (temporary though it did last over a week) tattoo! This one was a stencil that was airbrushed on but he has not even ever have one of those stick-on paper ones before. As his nature is to be more on the "clean" side, I never ventured to give him a tattoo in case he wanted it off and I couldn't get it off (not easily anyways!) He was super excited to show off his tat to Jasper and Daddy when we got home.

We then went to a joint party for two of Sammy's classmates, CeCe and Natalia. It was held at Natalia's grandparents house which boasts a beautiful yard, perfect to host any kind of outdoor party. I tried to take advantage of the pretty surroundings and take some pics of the brothers and they delivered a few goofy poses for me. Sammy and Jasp enjoyed the bouncy castle immensely and discovered the tasty fruit-roll-up. Mommy had these snacks when she was younger and had no idea they still made them. Of course I then went to store and got some to "try" at home.
